Unlike generic online typing games, our platform evaluates speed based on official Indian government stroke formulas:
- 1 Standard Word: Defined as 5 Character Depressions (including spaces and punctuation).
- Gross WPM: Calculated as
(Total Strokes / 5) / Time in Minutes. - Net WPM: Calculated as
Gross WPM - (Error Deductions / Time in Minutes). - KDPH Metric: Calculated as
(Total Strokes / Time in Seconds) * 3600.
